Crossplay has been frustrating for me. Every match feels like it gets hit with lag at the worst possible time. Annoying. It really ruins the flow and makes the whole experience way less fun.

I know matchmaking can be hit or miss in a lot of games, but this one feels fair from what I’ve played. Matches load fast, and I usually end up against people around my level, so I don’t feel like I’m wasting my time.

Brawlhalla is fun to hop into for a few matches here and there, but yeah, the progression feels slow. The rewards are fine I guess, just nothing super exciting unless you’re putting in a lot of time. I still have a good time with it, I just wish unlocking new stuff felt a bit more satisfying.

I wanted to enjoy the matches, but the input lag is just brutal. Every move feels delayed, and in the middle of a game it feels like everything falls apart. It completely ruins the experience.

My first impression of Brawlhalla was kind of rough. I jumped in expecting quick, fun fights, and while that is definitely there, the combat felt uneven right away. Once I got used to the weapons, though, I started to enjoy how easy they are to pick up, and some combos feel really good when the timing finally clicks.

That said, the hitboxes still feel off sometimes, and a few weapons seem way too easy to spam compared to others. Dodging and recovery can also get frustrating, especially in ranked matches. I still think it’s a decent game and I’ve had fun with it, but that bad first impression stuck with me because it doesn’t always feel balanced.

I didn’t have a ton of time to dig into everything, but from what I’ve played, most of the paid stuff seems to just be skins and cosmetics. The game still feels fair if you don’t spend money, which I appreciate. I do think the prices could be a bit lower though.

I’ve noticed my matches feeling a lot cleaner lately. I used to run into way more sketchy players, but recently it seems like reports actually do something, which is nice. The anti-cheat feels like it’s working in the background without getting in the way of normal games. I still come across the occasional weird player, but overall my experience has been solid.

I reached out to brawlhalla support because I was having an account issue. To be fair, they did get back to me and helped somewhat, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. But it took longer than I was expecting, and I had to explain the same problem more than once, which got a little frustrating. If it was something minor, I probably wouldn’t care as much, but for an account-related issue I was hoping it would be smoother. The game itself is still fun, I just think the support side could use some improvement

For the most part, the characters feel fair and fun to play. There are definitely a few that could use some tweaking, though, because certain picks can get annoying fast. Still, I finally managed to beat one of those tougher matchups yesterday, so that felt like a small win.

I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but the cosmetics just feel way too expensive for what you actually get. The skins don’t seem to change much, so it’s hard for me to see them being worth the price

I’ve been having a good time playing this with friends. The matches are always fun, and it still hasn’t gotten old for me.

It’s a little embarrassing how much I let the updates affect me, but some patches really do fix things while others make my main feel worse for weeks. I keep hoping the next one will smooth things out, but it feels hit or miss.

I mostly hop into ranked or custom games with friends, and I don’t really run into many lag spikes or random disconnects anymore. Matches load quick too, which is nice when I’m just trying to squeeze in a few games.

It’s not like everything is perfect 24/7, but compared to a bunch of other online games, it’s been reliable for me. Easy 5 stars.

I’ve been playing for a while now, most people are fun to queue with. You do run into the occasional salty player who feels the need to make things annoying, which is always lovely, but for the most part the community is helpful and makes the matches feel worth sticking around for.
